Private hospitality at GE Vernova Park, Greenville Triumph's home. Suites, loge boxes, club seats, pitchside tables, and full-space buyouts, each one attended and catered.
Ten premium and group spaces at GE Vernova Park: what each one is, what it holds, what the club keeps, and what is still open. Every figure traces to the 2027 Ticketing Proposal.
One frame per space. The Corner Club, the Northwest Patio, and the South Stage are photographed on real 2026 matchdays; the Founders Club, the suites, the loge boxes, and the pub open in 2027, so those are renders.
Row C of section 126, row C of section 128, and all of section 127 between them. The players move into rows A and B, which is what makes row C the first ticketed row, directly behind each bench.
The first row behind each bench, plus the whole section between them. Owner's Lounge access, service at your seat, and parking, for all 18 home matches.
Full fill is $194,400 club net across the 72 seats. Season only, so the section fills or it does not, and there is no single-match fallback to catch a soft year. Owner's Lounge access is the largest single thing separating this seat from a P1 seat, and its cost sits inside this price rather than being billed.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Club keeps, per seat per match | $150.00 | The modeled club net, before food and beverage |
| Fees, per ticket per match | $5.00 | $2.00 Mauldin facility fee plus $3.00 processing |
| Fan pays, per match | $155.00 | Club net plus fees |
| Home matches in the package | 18 | Season only; there is no single-match Founders seat |
| Fan pays, per season seat | $2,790.00 | $155.00 across 18 matches |
Three pitchside rows in sections 138 and 139, next to the main entrance. The only settled premium price for 2027, and the only space with a full season of proof behind it.
Three pitchside rows at the northeast corner, next to the main entrance. All-inclusive food and drink, a private waiter for the section, and a parking pass.
Full fill is $106,920 club net across the 54 seats. This is the settled line, so it is also the line to hold pricing discipline against: the single-match seat sits above the season rate on purpose, and discounting it inside a package collapses the tier below it.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Club keeps, season seat, per match | $110.00 | The settled club net, before food and beverage |
| Fees, per ticket per match | $5.00 | $2.00 Mauldin facility fee plus $3.00 processing |
| Fan pays, per match | $115.00 | Club net plus fees |
| Home matches in the package | 18 | The full 2027 home season |
| Fan pays, per season seat | $2,070.00 | $115.00 across 18 matches |
| Club keeps, single-match seat | $120.00 | $10.00 above the season rate at club net, deliberately |
| Fees, per ticket per match | $5.00 | The same schedule as the season seat |
| Fan pays, single match | $125.00 | Club net plus fees |
Four private rooms above the pitch in the west building: three of 24 and one of 36. Two small rooms lease for the season; the third small room and the large room sell by the night.
Four private rooms above the pitch, each with a bar, wine storage, lounge seating, and a wall-mounted screen. Take one for the season or a single night.
Full fill is $233,280 club net, the largest line in the portfolio and the softest inputs on the page: the seat count is not final and the catering model is not picked. James owes a final count and a drawing. GE Vernova takes one small suite under the naming contract, covering 18 people.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Club keeps, per seat per match | $120.00 | The modeled club net, before catering |
| Fees, per ticket per match | $5.00 | $2.00 Mauldin facility fee plus $3.00 processing |
| Fan pays, per seat per match | $125.00 | Club net plus fees |
| Small room, 24 seats | $2,880.00 | Club net per match: $120.00 across 24 seats, before catering |
| Large room, 36 seats | $4,320.00 | Club net per match: $120.00 across 36 seats, before catering |
| Catering carve-out, small room | $500.00 | Per room, per match, not per head |
| Catering carve-out, large room | $750.00 | Per room, per match, not per head |
Three container boxes of twenty. The drawing puts them behind 125 and 127; the inventory puts them at 116, 118, and 138. That has to be settled, and no procurement quotes are in hand.
Your own box at the rail for twenty guests, with a rooftop deck, an interior bar, a screen, and all-inclusive food and drink.
Full fill is $118,800 club net across the three boxes. Build cost runs $50K to $85K turnkey from boxLIFE and $35K to $55K from Falcon; a shell fitted out in house lands near $30K to $40K, which pays back in 14 to 19 full-box matches. Quote both suppliers and ask about a USL discount. Seat price, the three locations, and procurement are all open.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Club keeps, per seat per match | $110.00 | The modeled club net, before food and beverage |
| Fees, per ticket per match | $5.00 | $2.00 Mauldin facility fee plus $3.00 processing |
| Fan pays, per seat per match | $115.00 | Club net plus fees |
| Seats in a box | 20 | Three boxes on the same build |
| Club keeps, a full box per match | $2,200.00 | $110.00 across 20 seats |
Four tables of four in the row J space at sections 126 and 128, on the same line as the Founders Club. The west-sideline table product, separate from the South Field Tables at the south end, and priced fee-inclusive the same way.
A table of four on the west sideline, level with the benches. A private waiter, all-inclusive food and drinks, and two parking passes with every table.
Full fill is $38,880 across the four tables. The rate carries the build from the original table concept: ticket $55.00, catering $20.00, beverage $20.00, parking $10.00, and exclusivity plus location $30.00. Open: reconcile this four-table, 16-seat model against the proposal's 24-seat, $110.00-per-seat line.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Per guest, per match | $135.00 | Fee inclusive, so this is the whole price and there is no $5.00 to add |
| Seats at a table | 4 | Four tables on the same build |
| Per table, per match | $540.00 | $135.00 across four guests |
| Home matches in the package | 18 | Sold as a season package, not by the match |
| Per table, per season | $9,720.00 | $540.00 across 18 matches |
A concept drawn up for 2026, rejected before it ever sold, and revived for 2027: four tables of four on the pitch rail at the south end, beside the South Stage. A separate space from the West VIP tables on the west sideline, not a relocation of it. Nothing here has ever run, so every figure is a modeled starting point.
A table of four on the pitch rail at the south end, beside the South Stage. Field level, close enough to hear the bench. A private waiter, all-inclusive food and drinks, and two parking passes with every table.
Full fill is $36,000 across the four tables. The rate comes from the original concept: $125.00 per guest built from ticket $55.00, catering $20.00, beverage $20.00, parking $10.00, and exclusivity $20.00, priced there against a 13-match season at $6,500.00 per table. The season figure moves because the package is 18 matches now, not because the rate moved. Two things are open: whether the south tables hold the same rate as the west tables now that both exist, and whether BlueChoice HealthPlan, the presenting partner named in the concept, still wants it.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Per guest, per match | $125.00 | Fee inclusive, so this is the whole price and there is no $5.00 to add |
| Seats at a table | 4 | Four tables on the same build |
| Per table, per match | $500.00 | $125.00 across four guests |
| Home matches in the package | 18 | Sold as a season package, not by the match |
| Per table, per season | $9,000.00 | $500.00 across 18 matches |
The largest buyout in the building, at sections 133 and 134. Sixty stadium seats across two rows plus a standing patio with its own bar, to a legal maximum of 138.
The largest private space at GE Vernova Park. Sixty stadium seats plus a standing patio with its own bar, room for up to 138 guests, and an open layout your group can move around in.
Buyouts sell by the match, so the full-fill line assumes all 18 book, which will not happen. Every guest reaches both the seating area and the patio whatever the package. The 2026 capacity thresholds still read: 60 at the minimum, 100 at 60 seated plus 40 standing, 115 at 55 standing, and 138 at the legal maximum. The patio measures 15 feet by 57 feet 8 inches, 865 square feet actual against the builder's 386 square foot standing-room zone. Confirm the rate with Levy before quoting.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Buyout, per match | $5,400.00 | A buyout is the room, so the price is times nothing |
| Per-ticket fees | None | Buyouts and rentals are exempt from the $5.00 schedule |
| Capacity, the legal maximum | 138 | 60 seated, 78 standing, subject to the fire marshal |
| Food and beverage | $45.00 | Per head, full spread, covering the 60 seated only |
| Full fill, club net | $97,200.00 | $5,400.00 across all 18 matches |
The stage behind the south goal, planned at 120 against a legal maximum of 153. For 2027 it sells as a group space first; it is not rebranding as a beer garden.
The group space on the stage behind the south goal, right up against the action. Bar seats along the rail, a lounge, standing tables, and tents across the full width.
Buyouts sell by the match, so the full-fill line assumes all 18 book. Plan against 120: the gap to 153 is headroom for a fire marshal conversation, not inventory to sell. The stage runs 14 feet 6 inches deep by 137 feet 2 inches wide, 1,989 square feet gross. Holding it as a group space rather than a beer garden is one of the three positioning decisions the tier below depends on. Confirm the rate with Levy before quoting.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Buyout, per match | $6,000.00 | A buyout is the room, so the price is times nothing |
| Per-ticket fees | None | Buyouts and rentals are exempt from the $5.00 schedule |
| Capacity, planned | 120 | Against a legal maximum of 153, so the buyout is $50.00 per head |
| Food and beverage | $21.00 | Per head, food only, no open bar |
| Full fill, club net | $108,000.00 | $6,000.00 across all 18 matches |
A pre-match buyout inside the west building, with an attached patio. No wider programme is set beyond the pre-match window, and the pub sits outside the ticketed count.
A pub inside the west building, yours before kickoff, with room for about 90 between the bar and the patio.
The pub sits outside the ticketed count and does not consume sellable inventory. The rate rests on a 90 capacity that has never been measured, so confirm the capacity first and the rate second. Nothing is planned for the pub beyond the pre-match window.
| The build | Amount | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Buyout, pre-match | $1,350.00 | A buyout is the room, so the price is times nothing |
| Per-ticket fees | None | Buyouts and rentals are exempt from the $5.00 schedule |
| Capacity | 90 | 60 inside and 30 on the patio, an estimate, so the buyout is $15.00 per head |
| Open bar add-on | $10.00 | Per head, bought separately from the buyout |
| Full fill, club net | $24,300.00 | $1,350.00 across all 18 matches |
The tenth space in the west tower, and the one with no price. It is a Founders Club benefit, and its cost sits inside the Founders Club price rather than being billed to anyone.
| Where | Capacity | Sold as | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| West tower | 60 | Never | Lounge access is the largest single thing separating a Founders seat from a P1 seat. Renting it to a group collapses the membership, so the answer to a partner who asks is a Founders Club membership, not a one-night rental. Its cost sits inside the Founders price rather than being billed. |
What sits underneath the ten spaces: the fee schedule every seat product carries, where the 4,444 capacity sits, the arithmetic ceiling, and the list of things still waiting on somebody.
| Fee | Amount | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Mauldin facility fee | $2.00 | Every ticket, per match |
| Processing | $3.00 | Every ticket, per person, per match |
| Per ticket, per match | $5.00 | Seat products only. Buyouts and rentals are exempt |
This is the gap between club net and what a buyer sees, and it is the last thing on the page on purpose: it is a pass-through, not a price. The two table products are the only seat products that carry it inside the guest rate, which is why $135.00 per guest at the west tables and $125.00 per guest at the south tables are the whole figures.
| Section | Player rows A and B | Founders row C | Standard P1 | Ticketed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 126 | 36 | 18 | 108 | 126 |
| 128 | 36 | 18 | 108 | 126 |
| Total | 72 | 36 | 216 | 252 |
The 72 player seats are lost inventory; they sit outside the 126 ticketed seats each section carries. Section 127 supplies the other 36 Founders Club seats. Moving the players into rows A and B is what creates the Founders Club position in row C.
| Zone | Capacity | What sits there |
|---|---|---|
| East bowl | 1,836 | Sections 111 to 121, P3 through P5, plus 30 ADA |
| East premium | 40 | Loge 116 and loge 118, 20 each |
| West bowl | 1,804 | Sections 122 to 132, P1 through P5, the Founders Club, plus 20 ADA |
| West premium | 24 | VIP tables at 126 and 128. The proposal carries 24; the table model seats 16, see open items |
| Suites | 108 | Three small rooms of 24, one large room of 36 |
| North | 284 | Supporter section 110 at 274, plus 10 ADA above section 139 |
| North premium | 212 | Northwest Patio 138, Corner Club 54, and loge 138 at 20 |
| South | 136 | The stage at 120, plus 16 seats at the field tables on the pitch rail |
| Total capacity | 4,444 |
The total is the sum of the eight zone rows above it, and it lands on the proposal's 4,444. The proposal's south end carried 16 seats for a pitchside table concept; that concept is back for 2027 as the South Field Tables, so the south row counts them again. The West VIP tables are a different 16 seats and sit in the west premium row. The west building group spaces sit outside the ticketed count and do not reduce sellable inventory.
| Product | Ceiling | The soft spot |
|---|---|---|
| Suites | $233,280 | Largest line, softest inputs: the seat count is not final and the catering model is not picked |
| Founders Club | $194,400 | Season only, so it fills or it does not; there is no single-match fallback |
| Loge boxes | $118,800 | Against a $30K to $85K build per box. A full box returns $2,200 per match, so the shell route pays back in 14 to 19 full matches |
| Corner Club | $106,920 | The only settled rate, and the line to hold pricing discipline against |
| Northwest Patio | $97,200 | Buyouts sell by the match; each booking is $5,400 against a line that assumes all 18 sell |
| South Stage | $108,000 | Same caveat; the ceiling assumes every match books |
| West VIP tables | $38,880 | Reconcile the 16-seat table build against the proposal's 24-seat line |
| South Field Tables | $36,000 | A revived concept that has never sold. The rate is the concept's own and the presenting partner is unconfirmed |
| Concourse Pub | $24,300 | The rate rests on a 90 capacity that has not been measured |
| Premium ceiling | $957,780 |
Arithmetic, not a forecast: modeled club-net rate times capacity times the 18-match package. A hard ceiling that assumes every premium seat sells and every buyout books all 18 matches. Neither will happen, so read it as the size of the opportunity and not as a target. It reads $957,780 rather than the proposal's $914,400 for four reasons: the south-end tables come back at the concept's own $500.00 per table rather than the proposal's $300.00, which is $36,000 against $21,600; the South Stage buyout is $6,000.00 per match, which is $108,000 against $90,000; the Concourse Pub buyout is $1,350.00 per match, which is $24,300 against $16,200; and the west tables are $135.00 per guest, which is $38,880 against $36,000. Those four differences total $43,380, and the nine rows above sum to the figure shown.
Positioning discipline: none of these spaces is a general group ticket area or a standing-room upgrade. Three lines are load-bearing. The Founders Club sits above everything because of Owner's Lounge access, the Corner Club single-match seat sits $10.00 above its own season rate at club net, and the South Stage stays a group space rather than a beer garden. Discounting any of the three inside a package collapses the tier below it.
| Item | What is open | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Suite seat counts | 24 per small suite is the inventory figure | James owes a final count and a drawing |
| Suite food and beverage | Option 2 recommended; carve-out $500.00 small, $750.00 large, per room per match | Modeled starting point, confirm |
| Loge box seats | $110.00 club net, $115.00 to the buyer, per seat per match | Modeled starting point, confirm |
| Loge box locations | Behind 125 and 127, against inventory entries at 116, 118, and 138 | Confirm the three locations |
| Loge box procurement | No quotes in hand. Turnkey runs $50K to $85K from boxLIFE and $35K to $55K from Falcon; a shell fitted out in house lands near $30K to $40K | Quote boxLIFE and Falcon, and ask about a USL discount |
| West VIP tables | Four tables of four at $540.00 per table, against the proposal's 24-seat, $110.00-per-seat line | Reconcile the count and the rate |
| South Field Tables | A concept revived for 2027 at the rate it was drawn with, $500.00 per table. It has never sold, and the west tables now carry $540.00 per table | Confirm the rate, and whether the two table products should differ |
| Table partner | BlueChoice HealthPlan was the presenting partner named in the original field-table concept. The concept never ran, so there is nothing to renew | Confirm with partnership |
| Founders Club pricing | $150.00 club net, $155.00 to the buyer, per season seat per match | Modeled starting point, confirm |
| Northwest Patio | $5,400.00 buyout per match | Confirm with Levy |
